Non-Stick Carbon Steel 3-Piece Baking Sheet Set

Two things decide whether a baking sheet is any good: whether a cookie lifts off in one piece, and whether chicken thighs leave their skin behind. This 3-piece set is pressed from 0.6 mm carbon steel, so it heats fast and holds its shape instead of buckling in the middle like thin tin. The surface is a food-grade silicone non-stick coating — things release cleanly and a quick rinse is usually all the washing up there is.

The red silicone ears on both ends stay cool enough to grab with bare hands, and the rolled edges will not cut you. Stack the three and the coating does not get scratched.

Oven-safe (we suggest up to 230 °C), steam-oven and air-fryer friendly if it fits. Do not preheat it empty, and keep metal scourers and knives off the surface. Warm water and a soft sponge, dry it before storing, and the coating will last for years.
